Seal coating is the single most cost-effective thing you can do to protect an asphalt surface. A properly applied coat forms a tough, flexible barrier that locks out water, oil, salt and UV damage — the four things that break asphalt down. The result is a driveway that not only lasts years longer, but looks like the day it was laid.

Our Process
Inspect & Quote
Conor visits, measures the surface, checks its condition and gives you a fixed written price — free, with no pressure.
Prepare
The surface is swept and blown completely clean, vegetation is trimmed back from the edges and oil spots are primed.
Repair
Cracks are cleaned out and filled with hot rubber so they cannot spread under the new coat.
Seal
Two even coats of commercial-grade sealer are applied, with edges cut in by hand for a sharp finish.
Cure
The area is barricaded off. Foot traffic after 4–6 hours, vehicles after 24–48 hours depending on weather.
