Our Process
Survey
We assess ground conditions, drainage, access and the loading the surface needs to carry.
Excavate
The existing surface and any soft material below it are dug out and taken away.
Base & Compact
Stone sub-base is laid in layers and mechanically compacted to a solid, level platform.
Lay Asphalt
Hot asphalt is laid to specification, raked to level and rolled to a dense, smooth finish.
Finish & Cure
Edges are dressed and tied in. Light use after 24 hours, full cure over the following weeks.
